Hi Katy ~

My husband and I were at a friend's house on New Year's Eve and we started talking about the Fay Lake Resort.  They were shocked to hear that it was still open because they went to the resort about 30 years ago, when they were first married.  It was fun swapping stories with them about what a great time we all had.  Just thought you'd like to know how much people, both young and old, love to spend time at your resort.

Thanks much,

Amy

Kate,

We really had a great time.  It is so beautiful up there.  You have really fixed up the property beautifully  I was really amazed that you can catch fish without bait.  How did you train them to do that?
Look forward to coming up again.
Take care
Liz

Hi. Kate, Tim and Dave and family, we are coming back to stay again and cannot wait to be there. We enjoyed all our stays at Fay Lake for the last 8 years. We especially enjoyed our stay this last May and did not want to leave. Look for us very soon.

For anyone thinking of heading to Fay Lake Resort, DO IT!! My friends and I
(and now our wives too) have been heading up there for twenty years. Every
trip is a different adventure. Never a bad time, and always something to
do. Even the winters there are awesome! It's just a great place to be!
Heck, even Bear and Packer fans get along there.

I had tons of fun at Fay Lake! Tell Dave I say hi and that I am practicing that two step dance thing he taught me! HaHa! I can't wait to come back next year!

I've been going to Fay Lake since I was 2, so I just got back from my 14th trip. I loved it then and I still love it! I'm not big on fishing anymore like I was when I was little. I still have tons of fun hanging out at the pool all day and then in the hot tub and bar at night! If you're considering Fay Lake, stop, just choose it!

Hi, Just a (Short) note to let Kate, Tim, and Dave know that Mark and I really enjoyed our week with you guys. All of you made it a special time. Would have been nice if the weather would have been drier, but even with the rain it was great. We will be back and have already given two of your info packs to people that are interested in coming up. Hope your week goes well. Our trip home was long , we should have taken your advice and stayed another week. Hope your Dad is better and Tims' wife also. Give Cody and Charley a pat for us, Jack and Dave's dog too. Didn't know how to spell his name. Thanks again for a very memorable week.

Barbara and Mark .

Hey Kate, you don't know me butT I've been coming to the resort since I was born 17 years ago. My dad went to school with John, the previous owner. But no matter who owns it, I will always come there. It is the most wonderful place in Wisconsin!

I've been going to Fay Lake with my family ever since I can remember. Haven't been able to make it the past couple years, but can't wait to go back. The fishing is awesome and the cabins on the water are awesome. Hope to go back soon.

Since you asked. How about the BIG BUMP from rolling over a dead deer?

Our two families used to spend nearly every summer there at Fay Lake back in the mid 1960's, early 70's. I will never forget the LODGE>>the long lane sawdust bowling machine. The smell of the lodge, the moving water Schlitz beer sign. The bumper pool table had a slight lean. And all the fish we ALWAYS caught no matter what.
The bear in the lodge scared me. And BIG Al Capone's green old hideout coat. And the even bigger bear trap. Oh, and catching all the Blue Gill off the deck, not to mention the Bass caught from the boat. And the cool fish-cleaning house, guts everywhere.

And not the least, nearly drowning once in the pool and then off the dock. Throwing the flying squid-like Frisbee soap suction cup rubber doo hicky at my cousins in the shower making it stick to all parts of the anatomy. I got one of those myself now. ha!! Haven't taught THAT trick to my kids yet.

Two guys who worked there that my two sisters had a crush on dove in and pulled
me out of the deep end of the pool. My sister cried out to save my life, and all I could think to tell her was; "geez you cry funny", and I was saved, (literally), as I take a deep breath. Cool stuff!

I'd love to go back someday, anytime. I owe them for saving my life.
Fantastic memories!
